the room was cramped for a family of 4, defintely not what I expected. breakfast was a dismal failure without the pancake machine, which was broken. I woudl ve been pleasantly surprised with an upgrade for my inconveniences, but apparently, no one cares about guest comfort here. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Tru By Hilton had a super clean vibe with comfy beds that made my stay relaxing. The breakfast spread was awesome, especially the pancake maker! Little tight in space for my family, but overall a nice experience.

If you're into culinary delights, don't miss Bella Capri down the road—it's a local treasure! The breakfast here is rockin' too, with staff that made the mornings feel special despite the loud surroundings.
The only reason I stayed at this hotel a second time is their amazing pancakes at breakfast, but sadly, the pancake machine was broken. What a bummer!

The engaging lobby activities, including board games, created a wonderful social environment for families to connect.
The last night of our stay, hotel management did not address the noise from a large group of children, which disrupted our ability to enjoy the facilities and breakfast.

The pancake machine is a hit, but it was unfortunately broken during my visit, which was a letdown. The breakfast spread has potential with various options to choose from.
King rooms feel cramped, no room to breathe with even two people. During the last night, we had a swarm of rowdy kids from baseball teams that turned the corridors into a circus, making it impossible to enjoy any facilities or breakfast the next morning. Group chaos was not handled well, and it was disappointing to see no action taken to reduce the racket.

perfect base for strolling through georgetown and nearby attractions
while staying here, I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the treasures of the sea museum, only about 1 km away, and it was a short walk to the red barn country store, less than a 5-minute drive, making my weekend strolls even more enjoyable.

Friendly staff with engaging lobby activities.
I experienced a lack of control from management regarding noise disturbances caused by large groups of children. My room felt cramped and lacked sufficient furnishings, making relaxation impossible. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and unappealing, which was disappointing.

Everything was super clean, and the beds were extremely soft! We loved the indoor pool, which kept the kids entertained. The breakfast had plenty of options, including a cool pancake maker. Staff interactions were friendly, making our stay even better. Would stay here again!

The room was large, immaculate, and featured very comfortable bedding that I genuinely considered replicating at home. The indoor pool served as a fantastic entertainment option for my children, while the welcoming staff enhanced our experience. However, the overall noise level during our stay was concerning, particularly with a group of kids disrupting other guests. While breakfast options were enjoyable, the value for the price we paid felt questionable given limited local attractions.

It was just a nice choice for a quick break in Georgetown with great value-to-price ratio. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. Be mindful of potential noise if there are groups during your visit.

I loved the spacious and super clean queen room with two queen beds. The indoor pool kept my kids entertained, and the friendly staff made check-in and check-out a smooth process. The lobby coffee and tea were a delightful perk, with a cozy atmosphere that my family enjoyed.
Although the facilities were nice, the noise from other guests during the night was disruptive, affecting our overall comfort.
